Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Canada. We do not currently ship outside Canada.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat fee that varies by province. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders placed on business days are usually packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouse in Ontario. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Carriers and delivery time

We ship with UPS, Purolator or Canada Post, depending on your address. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote and rural addresses can take longer.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return the original pair for a refund and place a new order for the size you want; the new pair ships within 1 to 2 business days. See our refund policy for details.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email support@tigerkingshoes.ca with your order number and photos of any damage, and we will make it right.

Which orders this covers

This shipping, exchange and warranty policy applies only to orders placed on tigerkingshoes.ca. Tiger King shoes bought from Amazon.ca, Walmart.ca or another retailer are covered by that seller's policies.
