About Tiger King
Tiger King is a Canadian safety footwear brand. We design CSA Z195 Grade 1 safety boots and shoes in a wide EE fit and sell them directly to workers at tigerkingshoes.ca, as well as on Amazon.ca and Walmart.ca. Tiger King is the direct-to-consumer brand of Tiger Safety, a second-generation Canadian family company that has made work footwear since 2007.

What every Tiger King pair has in common
- CSA Z195 Grade 1 certification (green triangle): toe protection rated for 125 J impact and 15 kN compression, plus a puncture-resistant sole. Also compliant with ASTM F2413-24.
- Metal-free build: composite toe cap and Kevlar puncture plate. Lighter than steel, non-conductive, and clears metal detectors.
- ESR electric shock resistance to 18,000 volts (white rectangle with orange omega).
- Wide EE fit as standard: every style is built on a wide last with room across the forefoot. Most people order a half size down.
- Slip-resistant NBR rubber outsole, oil resistant and heat resistant to 300°C, molded directly to the upper.
- 100% leather uppers, waterproof leather with sealed seams on the waterproof styles.
The range
Eleven styles today: six for men and five for women, all CSA Grade 1.
- Michigan and Tofino: low-cut safety shoes for warehouse, logistics and indoor work. The lightest options, about 605 g per shoe.
- Jasper: pull-on Chelsea safety boot, quick on and off, for construction and the trades.
- Hudson: 6-inch lace-up safety boot with ankle support.
- Niagara: 6-inch waterproof safety boot for wet and outdoor sites.
- Superior: 8-inch waterproof safety boot for mud, snow and heavy construction.

How we sell
We sell direct so that a certified, wide-fit boot costs less than it would through a distributor. Shipping is a flat fee by province within Canada. Unworn pairs can be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. Every pair carries a 6-month performance guarantee against manufacturing defects when registered on our warranty page. Crews, safety suppliers and retailers can buy through the wholesale program.
Where the boots are made
Tiger King footwear is designed in Canada by a Canadian-owned company. The shoes, composite toe caps and puncture plates are manufactured abroad to the CSA Z195 standard and tested for certification.
