Returns & Exchange Policy

We stand behind every pair of Tiger King boots. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

If your size isn’t quite right, you may return your boots within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Trying them on indoors is perfectly fine.

You may send the boots back to us using any carrier of your choice. Please include your order number with the package so we can process your return promptly. Once the boots are received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Exchanges

If the size or fit is not quite right, you can send the original pair back to us. Once we receive and inspect them, we can ship out another size or style at no additional cost if you would like to try a different fit.

Exchanged boots must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Defects or Damage

If your boots arrive damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us before sending them back.

Please include photos of the issue when you reach out. We’ll review the concern and help find the best solution.
