Care Instructions
To get the best life from your Tiger Safety boots:
- Clean – Wipe off dirt with warm water and a cloth or brush.
- Condition – Use a light coat of leather conditioner or protective spray to keep the material flexible and water-resistant.
- Protect – Reapply waterproofing spray as needed. Store in a dry place to prevent cracking.
Lead Times & Delivery
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location in Canada, and we’ll send you tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Warranty
Your Tiger King boots are built to last, and we stand behind their quality. To activate your 6-month limited warranty, register your pair within 30 days of purchase.
This warranty applies only to footwear purchased directly from tigerkingshoes.ca and covers manufacturing or material defects under normal use. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party purchases aren’t covered.

Returns & Exchanges
If your size isn’t quite right, you may return your boots within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Trying them on indoors is perfectly fine.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may ship the item back using your own carrier, or request a prepaid return label from us and we’ll deduct the label cost from your refund.
Need a different size? We’ve got you. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll ship your replacement pair at no additional cost.
